Sunday, September 30 / Monday, October 1 / Tuesday, Ocotober 2: the site is closed
> The site will be closed to set up the tournament infrastructure - only tournament participants are allowed access to the course for practice rounds

Wednesday, Ocotber 3: Opening Pro-Am
> Pro-Am for players invited by the Lacoste Ladies Open de France sponsors
> Spectators may follow the the groups 
> Tee times form 8:30 to 10:00 and from 12:30 to 14:00 off tees 1 and 10
 
Thursday, Ocotber 4:  First round of the Lacoste Ladies Open de France (78 players)
> 8:30: Gates open to spectators
> 8:45 to 13:00: Tee times from hole 1 (3-ball groups)
> 19:00: Gates closed
 
Friday, Ocotber 5:  Second round of the Lacoste Ladies Open de France (78 players)
> 8:30: Gates open to spectators
> 8:45 to 13:00: Tee times from hole 1 (3-ball groups)
> 18:30: announcement of the "Cut" with the top 50 players and ties proceeding to the last two rounds (amateurs are not included in the ranking to set the cut)
> 19:00: Gates closed
 
Saturday, Ocotber 6:  Third round of the Lacoste Ladies Open de France (50 players and ties)
> 8:30: Gates open to spectators
> 8:45 to 13:00: Tee times from hole 1 (2-ball groups)
   or 9:30 to 13:00: Tee time from hole 1 (3-ball groups) (depending on weather conditions)
> 16:30: Golf clinic on the practice range with the participation of Lacoste players
> 18:00: Gates closed
 
Sunday, Ocotber 7:  Final round of the Lacoste Ladies Open de France (50 players and ties)
> 8:30: Gates open to spectators
> 8:45 to 13:00: Tee times from hole 1 (2-ball groups)
   or 9:30 to 13:00: Tee time from hole 1 (3-ball groups) (depending on weather conditions)
> 16:30: Prize giving ceremony
> 18:00 : Gates closed
 
Monday, October 8 : Marshalls and volunteer's competition
> 8:00 : tee time from hole 1 for tournament marshalls and volunteers
> Tee times for the afternoon will be open to booking by members and visitors
 
Tuesday, Ocotber 9
> The club is open to members and visitors

Tickets
Access to the tournament is free for all spectators. 

Secretary's office
The Secretary's office will be open daily from 8:30 to 18:00 from October 1 to October 8, before resuming to the normal hours. The usual phone numbers will be available, and you can also find useful information on the following websites: 
Course closure and possibility for members to play on other courses
The course will be closed from Tuesday, September 25 until Tuesday, October 9 in the morning.
We have arranged a certain number of tee times on other courses for members during this period. To book a tee time on these courses or get any additional information please contact the Secretary's office. 
 
Changing rooms and lockers
The changing rooms will be closed from Friday, September 28 to Monday, October 8. Thank you to all the members who kindly emptied their lockers for duration of the tournament. 
 
Members' Area and Dinning
A Members' Area has been organized in the main hall of the Clubhouse to offer members the possibility to have lunch during tournament days. A two-course menu with coffee will be available for 20€. Bookings shall be made with the Secretary's office, if possible the previous day. Only members wearing the badge collected at the Secretary's office are allowed access to the Members' Area.
Additionally there will be a public restauration area on the club's parking area.
 
Toilets
The toilets in the Clubhouse will only be accessible to members having lunch in the Members' Area. Public toilets will be installed on the club's parking area. 

Spectator flow
The course will be prepared with ropes around playing areas to facilitate the flow of spectators, under the supervision of volunteer Marshals recruited by the tournament ogranization. Thank you for following their guidance. 
A large area around the Clubhouse will be restricted to players, to sponsors' guests and to officials, all wearing their respective badges. 
 
Practice range
Spectators will have the possibility to watch the players on the practice range before and after their games. However, please respect the player's concentration and remain in the dedicated spectators' area so as not to disturb their preparation. 
 
Parking
The club's parking area being dedicated to the hospitality zone, members and spectators can park either at the Collège de Chanto or at the Piscine de Chantaco. A path will be signaled to reach the club's entrance, and please do not use the cycling path for safety reasons. 
Only cars with an access badge will be allowed to drive on the roads around the club (ave Thion de la Chaume, allée du Golf et allée du Parc).
